Personally I'm always glad for there to be competition in the SE market. As much as I like Google, I feel like they are getting too Dominate in the search engine area.
Yahoo is no longer a real competitor in the field of searching and there is no competition of the Google adsense program. The Yahoo equal to that hasn't made all that much ruckus.
I have my doubts though, will MS really be able to produce a good SE without commercializing the crap out of it first?
